Fuel Excise Duty Recovery

The quarterly procedure applies to operators active in the freight transport sector with vehicles having a maximum gross weight of 7.5 tons or more, belonging to Euro 5 category or higher. This obligation involves preparing and submitting, through online procedures, a specific declaration to the territorially competent customs offices.
