Supervisory Bodies

The President and the Councillors manage Co.L.Se.A.'s activities and represent the Consortium while acting in the specific interest of the haulage industry.

• Board of Statutory Auditors for accounting audit activities;
• An external Audit and Certification Firm pursuant to Article 15 of Law No. 59/1992, and for statutory auditing pursuant to Legislative Decree of January 27, 2010;
• Supervisory Body (O.d.V.) for compliance with the organisational model under Legislative Decree No. 231/2001.
