The beginning
Co.L.Se.A. was founded in 1996 in response to the needs of the road haulage market, with the aim of offering services tailored to meet the needs of businesses, initially in Lombardy and then throughout Italy.
Since then, we have grown, becoming a national benchmark in the sector over the years, thanks to our broad offering and a vast and diverse network of collaborators.
Our goal is to continuously support the growth of our member companies, making them increasingly competitive on both the national and international markets, reinvesting our profits in improving and developing our services.

The expansion and refinement of operations related to Italian and European toll management systems has necessitated the emergence of intermediaries capable of responding and managing each service more quickly, to meet the organizational and operational needs of individual carriers.
These needs arose not only from requests from road haulers, but also from the service providers themselves, who saw our consortium as the ideal and most suitable partner to address the widespread and complex needs of the road haulage sector and consequently offer a more efficient service.
In this context, we have seized the opportunity to become a point of reference in the sector, increasing the number and quality of our services, thanks also to the highly experienced partners who are now an integral part of the Co.L.Se.A. group.
