How to join the initiative

Users who wish to join the various initiatives can fill out and submit the application form to Co.L.Se.A., accompanied by a copy of the applicant's identity card, and send it to:

Important:

• Fill out the form with your personal details, leaving out your telephone number, email address, and sub-account, which will be filled in by Co.L.Se.A.
• Activate the discounts, forward the application form to Co.L.Se.A., and you will receive the refunds directly on your invoice.
