Minimum wage: new rules for the posting of workers

Road haulage and passenger transport companies that carry out cabotage transport to or from France, Italy, Austria, Germany, and the Netherlands (excluding transit transport and transport carried out by the owner of the company) are required to comply with the new provisions laid down by the laws of the individual states.
