30 Years of Co.L.Se.A. — Two Days of Sharing, Fun, and New Experiences

To celebrate this important milestone, Co.L.Se.A. organised a team-building event that brought together employees, directors and their families for two days dedicated to sharing, collaboration and the pleasure of spending time together.

The first day took place at the Galzignano Resort Terme & Golf, in the province of Padua, where participants took part in an engaging team treasure hunt. Divided into the Blue, Yellow and Orange teams, they tested themselves with challenges, games and activities designed to bring out team spirit, communication and collaboration.

Victory went to Team Blue, who stood out for their enthusiasm and teamwork.

The second day was devoted to a more relaxed, cultural moment, with a guided tour of Cantina Pratello, in the hills above Lake Garda: an opportunity to share experiences, discover the local area and spend time together in a beautiful setting.

The event was far more than a celebration. It was a chance to reconnect, strengthen bonds and remember that Co.L.Se.A.'s journey has been made possible by the people who are part of it every day.

These first thirty years tell a story of commitment, growth and collaboration. A path built together, which continues with the same determination, looking ahead to the challenges and opportunities the future will bring.
